She specializes in coaching organizations through growth cycles, strategic planning, implementing leadership development programs, merging cultures after an acquisition, and engaging employees in hybrid work environments.

Johnny holds a Professional Certified Coach designation as well as an MA in Theology. He has had a career as a master Hollywood cameraman on blockbuster hits and as the U.S. President of a Ugandan orphan care organization. He now coaches executive leaders in companies like Cisco Systems, Google, and Freddie Mac. He specializes in work/life balance, strengths and goals development, as well as maximizing leader impact.

David has spent the past 30 years working with both corporate and non-profit leaders across the US, UK and France. As a former Managing Director in the European Corporate Group at Bank of America, he understands the demanding pressures and conflicts between work and personal life. David is a highly trained and highly experienced Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation with over 2,000 coaching hours. His speciality is strengthening marriages through individual couple retreats. He also coaches in building a culture in which your employees or family thrive.
